Columbia State Economic and Workforce Development to Offer Microsoft Excel Courses

(COLUMBIA, Tenn. - Sept. 28, 2018) - - - Columbia State Community College's Office of Economic and Workforce Development is offering Microsoft Excel 2016 courses at its Columbia and Williamson Campuses during October and November.

The introductory course aims to provide you with a foundation for Excel knowledge and skills, which you can build upon to eventually become an expert in data manipulation. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to create and develop Excel worksheets and workbooks in order to work with and analyze the data that is critical to the success of your organization.

Introduction to Microsoft Excel 2016 Columbia Campus October 2 8:30 a.m. -
4:30 p.m.

The hands-on intermediate course will build on the foundational knowledge of Excel activities presented in the part one basic course. After successful completion of each session, participants can expect to have the skills required to create advanced workbooks and have a deeper understanding of organizational intelligence.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel 2016 Columbia Campus November 1 8:30 a.m. -
4:30 p.m.

The advanced course builds off of the foundational and intermediate knowledge presented in the Microsoft Excel 2016: Part 1 and Part 2 courses to help you get the most of your Excel experience. After successful completion of each session, participants can expect to have the skills required to perform advanced data analysis, collaborate on workbooks with other users and automate workbook functionality.
