Franklin Breakfast Rotary Makes Donation to New Williamson Campus

(FRANKLIN, Tenn. - Dec. 17, 2015) - - - The Franklin Breakfast Rotary made a $5,000 donation to the Columbia State Community College Foundation Friday, Dec. 11. Officers and member representatives of Franklin Breakfast Rotary met at the new Williamson Campus to present another check that brings their total donations to $25,000.
"Service above self has been demonstrated over the years as time and funds have been given by Franklin Breakfast Rotary to help provide this new campus for the community," said Bethany Lay, Columbia State executive for advancement and executive director of the foundation.
Officers and member representatives said they enjoyed seeing the progress that is being made and viewing the classroom that will carry Franklin Breakfast Rotary's name.
"I encourage all of Williamson County to participate in this effort as it will impact our community for years to come," said Dr. Paul Gaddis, Rotarian and chair of the Franklin Breakfast Rotary Education Committee.
Franklin Breakfast Rotary meets Wednesdays at 7 a.m. at Vanderbilt Legends Club.
