Led by our expert instructors, Bobbie West and Ryan Badeau, students will delve into cutting-edge tools and technologies to unleash their creativity and innovative spirit.

Overview: At the Tools of Innovation Summer Camp, students will immerse themselves in the world of technology and design, mastering tools such as 3D printers, CNC machines, and vinyl cutters. Through hands-on projects and design challenges, they will learn to overcome obstacles and bring their ideas to life in Columbia State’s new Innovation Lab.
Grade Level: This camp is designed for rising 6th to 8th-grade students who are eager to explore technology, design, and problem-solving.
Activities: Throughout the week, students will engage in a variety of activities, including:
- Learning to operate 3D printers, CNC machines, and vinyl cutters
- Participating in design challenges and problem-solving exercises
- Collaborating with peers to develop and build showcase products in the Innovation Lab
