Charger Pathways Impact Program

A Rural Postsecondary Economic Development Federal Grant Program

The Rural Postsecondary and Economic Development grant program promotes the development of high-quality career pathways aligned to high-skill, high-wage, and in-demand industry sectors and occupations in the region.

The Charger Pathways Impact Program serves Maury County Public Schools by placing college and career success coaches in high schools to assist students with career development by utilizing structured pathways and individualized student plans. Grant staff will assist students with enrolling in dual enrollment courses and plan opportunities for students to participate in summits, college visits, and career exploration.
