Welcome to the Office of Financial Aid!

We're here to help as you navigate the financial aid process!

Greeting Chargers from the Office of Financial Aid:
We the staff at CSCC want to ensure you that we are doing whatever it takes to serve you: our student body. We have taken the necessary precautions in being proactive to prevent the spread of the virus within our campus community.

Financial Aid staff are not currently working on campus to assist students and families face to face, but you may still contact us by email at FinancialAid@ColumbiaState.edu or by phone at 931.540.8267 with questions, for financial advising, or for instructions on how to complete financial aid requirements. During the hours of 7:45 a.m. to 6 p.m., you may also call 615.796.6325 for assistance. Remember to continue and check your ChargerNet, Self-Service Banner and Columbia State email accounts for more information.

During this time we may be experiencing an abnormally large volume of emails and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience as we work through this health pandemic. Also we have taken the initiative to have Google Voice setup for you all to communicate with your FA staff. If you call a staff member’s direct line, available from the Employee Directory link from the homepage you’ll be asked to state your name and be transferred to that person you are calling.

Please browse and become acquainted with our website.  You will find lots of answers and valuable information at your fingertips.

If you can't find the answers you are looking for, or just need to speak with someone one-on-one, please email or call the Office of Financial Aid.
