REGISTRATION OPEN FOR LEADERSHIP TRAINING
(COLUMBIA, Tenn. - Nov. 19, 2012) - - - Columbia State Community College's Center for Workforce Development has launched a comprehensive leadership training series titled New Frontline Leadership Skills. Created by Development Dimensions International, the innovative series highlights how motivated employees can develop and sustain the leadership skills necessary for success in a business environment.
Each four or eight-hour session will take place at the Columbia campus and will concentrate on the challenges new leaders face and on the proactive measures and effective solutions leaders can use to achieve their business goals. The first session begins Jan. 31, and enrollment is limited to 18 participants per session. Anyone attending six of the eight classes will be presented with a special Leadership Training certificate.
