Leadership Competencies: What do you have and what do you need?

Leadership competencies are leadership skills and behaviors that contribute to superior performance. Individuals and organizations are encouraged to create an intentional strategy toward the development of leadership competencies for each level within the organization. This interactive workshop will provide insight regarding specific leadership competencies that are desired for executive and management roles as well as strategies for designing a leadership development plan to focus on closing competency gaps.
