Forms Made Fillable
In order to make it easier for everyone during this virtual transition, the following forms on the Records web page will allow you to insert your information:
For the Intent to Graduate and the Request for Technical Certificate forms, students may complete the forms and email them from their Columbia State email to their advisor, etc. for approval. That individual’s approval will consist of reviewing the form and approving it by emailing to records@ColumbiaState.edu from their Columbia State email.
For the Change of Major forms, students may complete those and email them to proessing@ColumbiaState.edu from their Columbia State email address. This may serve as the student’s signature.

Testing Services Announcement
Testing Services staff are currently working remotely to assist students, faculty, staff, and clients. You may contact us by email at TestingServices@ColumbiaState.edu or by phone at 615.900.0582 with questions and concerns, Monday through Friday, from 7:45 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. From 4:15 p.m. until 6:p.m., Monday through Thursday, please call 931.246.6680 for assistance. All test proctoring services (on-ground) at all locations have been suspended until further notice. The Appointment Scheduler has been suspended until further notice.

Free Broadband Resources for Students As a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, several broadband companies have announced they will provide free broadband access for students.
Charter to Offer Free Access to Spectrum Broadband & Wi-Fi for 60 Days for New K-12 and College Student Households and More
Beginning Monday, March 16, Charter Communications will offer free Spectrum broadband and Wi-Fi access for 60 days to households with K-12 and/or college students who do not already have a Spectrum broadband subscription at any service level up to 100 Mbps. In addition, installation fees will be waived for new students households. Charter will also open its Wi-Fi hotspots across their footprint for public use. Call 1-844-488-8395 for more information. Comcast Announces Comprehensive COVID-19 Response to Help Keep Americans Connected to the Internet
Comcast is taking steps to help people stay connected to the internet during the COVID-19 pandemic. Xfinity Wi-Fi hotspots across the country will be available to anyone who needs them for free. For a map of Xfinity Wi-Fi hotspots, visit www.xfinity.com/wifi.
Comcast is also pausing their data plans for 60 days giving all customers unlimited data for no additional charge. They are also making it easier for low-income families who live within their service area to sign up by offering new customers 60 days of free Internet Essentials service.
