Registration for Fall 2023 Short-Term Classes

New Students: Freshmen and Transfer Students with less than 24 credit hours! &

Continuing Students: Students Who Previously Were Enrolled At Columbia State

Register:

Remember - Incoming Freshmen are to attend an orientation in person or complete the virtual orientation.  

In-Person Registration with an Advisor

Choose How to Meet with Your Advisor:

Advising appointments are available in-person, via Zoom, or by telephone at 931.540.1321.

Schedule an Appointment:

By Navigate:

• Your advisor can be found in Navigate under "My Success Team." Visit the Navigate webpage to learn more.
• If you check Navigate and an advisor has not been assigned, use the option of email or phone listed below to set an appointment.

By myChargerNet:

• In myChargerNet, click on the Student tab in the upper left-hand corner.
• One the Student page, click on the "My Advisor" icon in the Student Services block on the right side of the page.

By email:

• Send an email from your Columbia State email to ChargerCenter@ColumbiaState.edu requesting an appointment. Include your full name and A#. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

By phone:

• Call the Charger Center at 931.540.1321 to set an appointment.

Continuing Students Who Have Completed Less Than 24 Hours

• Advising appointments are available in-person, via Zoom, or by telephone at 931.540.1321.
• Schedule an appointment with the College Success Advisor that you have previously met with.
• Appointments may be made using Navigate, myChargerNet, email or phone. If you need an email address for your advisor, consult the College Directory or call 931-540-2722 for assistance.

Continuing Students Who Have Completed 24 Credit Hours Or More

Academic Plan Review

• Schedule an appointment with your academic advisor to review your academic plan.
• Advising appointments are available in-person, via Zoom, or by telephone at 931.540.1321.

Register by one of the following:

• Appointment with an advisor.
• Walk-in at any of our five campuses.

  Last Day to Apply - September 8
  Last Day to Register Without a Late Fee - September 19
