The Student Success Counseling program is designed to assist students with developing skills and strategies in order to become a more successful student. We need your help in identifying students as early as possible. Toward that goal we have created an Early Alert Form that is a fast and simple way to refer a student who needs assistance outside the classroom.
We also have an outstanding group of Peer Counselors, 2nd-year students who have proven to be successful and are trained to provide peer support and assist students with connecting to campus resources.
Please let us know how we can collaborate with you so that students in your classes can achieve their best!
Here are some of the primary issues that we can provide assistance with:
- Stress Management
- Time Management
- Test Anxiety
- Goal Setting
- Adult Returning Issues
- High School Transition Issues
- Campus Referrals, Community Referrals
