April 1, 2005

MEETING:   April 1, 2005, 10:00 a.m., Hickman 123

PRESENT:  Paul Jennings, Kelly Stinnett, Mike Shuler, Joni Lenig, Marvin Austin, Nancy Ramsy, Christa Martin, Diby Kouadio, Cathy McDonald, Dusty Doddridge

OVERVIEW:  Columbia State’s Planning Council met on Friday, April 1, 2005, in Room 123 of the Hickman Building.

1. The Planning Council discussed and reviewed goals, objectives and benchmarks of the 2005-10 Strategic Plan.
2. A motion was approved to recommend changes to the President for approval.
3. The council also recommended presenting the plan internally to faculty through a series of campus meetings, to initiate a dialog and solicit comments on actions needed to achieve the plan’s goals.
