What is Interactive Television (ITV - Two way audio/video)?
Two way audio/video courses are classes that use specialized equipment for transmission of audio and video to one or more campus locations. Although only teaching in one of the classrooms, the instructor and students at all campuses are able to interact through the videoconferencing system. At the first class meeting, the course syllabus is distributed and the instructor provides instructions regarding expectations for communications, assignments, testing and grading. An orientation to the technology is provided during the first class session by the Instructor or extended campus personnel, designed to familiarize students with how the equipment works.
