Refund and Drop/Withdrawal Note: The dates shown here are only for the full fall semester. A complete list of refund and drop/withdrawal dates for all sessions is under the Payment Services area.

FALL SEMESTER 2008

Aug 18

- Fall Convocation. All offices at all campuses will be closed for faculty and staff professional development.

Aug 19

- Tuition/Fee payment due before 6:00 p.m. for Fall 2008 for Registered Students. Students will be deleted from classes for non-payment of fees.
- Official Registration Day (last day to register without incurring a late charge) Extended hours until 6:00 p.m. at all campuses.

Aug 21

- Students check their schedules for canceled classes on myChargerNet 

Aug 22

- Last day to register and submit applications for admissions

Aug 23 - Classes Begin (includes RODP) 
Aug 23-27    - Adjustment period (drop/add) for registered students ends
Aug 24 - 100% refund ends for regular session and RODP classes
- Adjustment period (drop/add) ends for RODP classes
Sept 1 - Holiday (Labor Day)
Sept 5 - 75% refund ends for regular session and RODP classes 
Sept 6 - Drops or withdrawals on or after this date receive a “W” for regular session classes 
Sept 18 - Deadline for submitting Spring 2009 Intent to Graduate  
Sept 19 - 25% refund ends for regular session and RODP classes
Oct 13-14    - Fall Break 
Nov 5 - Last Day to Drop, Withdraw or Change to Audit for regular session and RODP classes
Nov 10 - Begin Spring 2009 Priority Registration for current student
Nov 17 - Open Registration for Spring 2009 begins for New/Readmitted Students who have completed Admissions requirements
Nov 26 - No Evening Classes 
Nov 27-29   - Holiday (Thanksgiving) 
Dec 6 - Classes End 
Dec 8-13   - Final Exams 
Dec 15 - Grades Due 
Dec 19 - Grades Available in myCN Self-Service
