Columbia State Community College features Barnes and Noble College Bookstores located in the Jones Student Center on the Columbia Campus and the Williamson County Campus.




Important Summer 2012 Information

  • Please consider buying early to get used books.  You can order books online at http://coscc.bkstore.com and you have the option to pick them up or have them shipped to your home.
  • Students who have financial aid and need to charge books and supplies in the bookstore will have the opportunity to do so from May 23 through June 6.
  • Rental of select textbook titles will be available this Summer 2012. You may use the online website at http://coscc.bkstore.com to rent textbooks or you may come in to the main bookstores at Columbia or Franklin to rent your textbooks. Off-campus bookstore sites at Lawrenceburg and Lewisburg will be unavailable for renting textbooks at those locations.  Again, you can rent them online and have them shipped to your home.
  • RODP textbooks have been ordered and should be available the first day of classes on the Columbia campus or can be ordered online at rodp.org.

Refund Policy

 

Textbooks:

  • A full refund will be given in your original form of payment if textbooks are returned during the first week of classes with original receipt.
  • With proof of a schedule change and original receipt, a full refund will be given in your original form of payment during the first 30 days of classes.
  • No refunds on unwrapped loose leaf books or activated ebooks.
  • Textbooks must be in original condition (packages cannot be unwrapped).
  • No refunds or exchanges without original receipt.

 General Reading Books, Software, Audio, Video & Small Electronics:

  • A full refund will be given in your original form of payment if textbooks are returned within 14 days of purchase with original receipt.
  • Opened software, audio books, DVDs, CDs, music, and small electronics may not be returned. They can be exchanged for the same item if defective.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition.
  • No refunds or exchanges without original receipt.

 All Other Merchandise:

  • A full refund will be given in your original form of payment with original receipt.
  • Without a receipt, a store credit will be issued at the current selling price.
  • Cash back on merchandise credits or gift cards will not exceed $1.
  • No refunds on gift cards, prepaid cards, phone cards, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition.

Fair Pricing Policy:

Barnes & Noble College complies with local weights & measures requirements. If the price on your receipt is above the advertised or posted price, please alert a bookseller, and we will gladly refund the difference.
