Welcome to the Offices of Admissions & Recruitment, Records and Registration. To help you enroll at Columbia State, we have developed this site to assist you with the steps. Listed below are important links to get you started on your journey.

Current Events

  • The last day to register for Spring 2009 classes is January 12. Register by January 8 to avoid incurring a late charge.
  • Payment is for Spring 2009 classes is due January 6, 2009, for those who registered prior to that date. Payment will be due at registration, for those registering January 6-12. More details can be found in the official memo (PDF) e-mailed to all students.
  • Advising Notice! Degree-seeking students who failed to see their advisor by December 1 must wait until January 8 to register.
  • The Spring 2009 class schedule is now online.
    TIP: Current students should login to myCN, and view the version available there, as it is a bit easier to read.
  • Need enrollment help? For those needing some guidance with the enrollment process (admission to the college, submitting records/transcripts, applying for financial aid, registering for classes), see the Spring 2009 Enrollment Guide (PDF).
  • Want to apply? Paper applications are being accepted until January 12 for the Spring 2009 semesters. Online applications are no longer accessible, as of December 18, 2008.
  • Incomplete admissions waivers for Spring Semester 2009 will be offered to applicants with missing requirements from January 8 through January 12 at all campus locations. These waivers allow applicants with missing requirements to be accepted and register for classes.
  • A group of students have collaborated with the U.S Department of Education to create a new resource, www.college.gov, to help incoming students deal with the challenges of going to college. It provides relevant, comprehensive information about why you should go college, how to attend, and how to pay for it. Get engaged, get informed, and build yourself a roadmap to college success!
  • Finishing your degree or certificate in Fall 2008? Intent to Graduate and Request for Technical Certificate forms are past due! If you have not submitted your intent or request, please complete the correct form immediately and submit it to the Office of Records.
  • The 2008-2009 Catalog and Student Handbook is now online. View the Web Edition or the Printable Edition (PDF).
