    Pryor Gallery Presents "Infinite Creation," NASA'S Chandra Space X-ray

    Columbia State Community College’s Pryor Art Gallery welcomes “Infinite Creation,” an exhibit and program highlighting NASA’s Chandra X-ray Observatory Space Project. The exhibit will run Sept. 8 – Oct. 19 and will feature a month of special activities, including a special presentation by Dr. Martin Weisskopf, project scientist.

    Pryor Art Gallery Presents Columbia State's Dedication Day Exhibit

    Columbia State Community College’s Pryor Art Gallery will host the “Columbia State’s Dedication Day” exhibit that will begin Aug. 5 and run through Aug. 31. “This exhibit is offered to the Columbia State community, especially to those who have fond memories and stories about Columbia State’s startup and in particular, it’s dedication day,” said Michele Wilkinson, Pryor Gallery curator.

    Pryor Gallery to Host Watercolor Workshop by Wilkison

    By popular demand, Columbia State Community College's Pryor Gallery will beh osting a second watercolor workshop with award winning artist John Wilkison on October 17-18 from 9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

    The cost of the workshop is $285 and is limited to 20 students. The workshop will take place in Room 114 of the Waymon L. Hickman Building, and emphasis will be on color, composition and texture.

  • Pryor Art Gallery

    Pryor Art Gallery is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m., and on Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. The gallery is also open on weekends during special events. Both the exhibit and the artist reception are free and open to the public.

Our purpose and mission at the Pryor Gallery is to design, develop and present stimulating exhibits and programs that inspire, educate, enlighten, challenge and entertain Columbia State Community College students, faculty and staff, community members and residents of Middle Tennessee while creating a first-class artistic venue where appreciation for all forms of visual art is enhanced.

The gallery is open to the public and free of charge. All are welcome!
