In order to use the full myCN system you must first be admitted as a student to Columbia State Community College.
If you have applied for admission, but have not yet been admitted as a student, you may still check on the status of your financial aid and application for admission through self-service. Step 1: Start here
where you will be asked to enter a User ID and a PIN.
- If you do not know your Columbia State Identification Number, you may log-in to self-service with your 9 digit social security number.
- Your PIN number is your 6-digit date of birth (Example: January 1, 1995 would be 010195).
Once you log in to self-service, click on “Financial Aid” for a list of options. Step 3:
To see what financial aid has been awarded to you, click “Financial Aid Status,” then choose then correct award year from the drop-down menu. Step 4:
To see the status of submitted documents or see what new documents are required of you: click “Eligibility”, then click “Student Requirements,” then choose the correct award year from the drop-down menu.
To see your bill for a semester: click “Award,” then click “Account Summary by Term.”
